The CD is shipped by US Postal Service and usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

2. "I downloaded the eBook and it's GREAT, but I've accidentally deleted it. How can I get another copy?"

The instant email you received after purchase came with the download link and is good for two downloads. Simply go back to your email and download again.

3. "I missed the download link to get the eBook, what do I do now?"
